I lead the WomenCARE meditation circle, an ongoing group open to women with cancer who want to learn about, and practice, meditation. Meetings provide an opportunity to explore a range of meditation and mindfulness techniques known to reduce stress, stabilize the mind, and promote health and well-being.
Meet via Zoom on the first and third Fridays of every month from 11a to noon. To join, call the WomenCARE office. More information...
This public meditation practice group meets on the second Monday of each month from 11:30-12:30. You’ll have an opportunity to practice with a group and get the support you need to start a regular practice of your own. No prior experience required. More details available at the public libraries calendar.
