Claire Schneeberger has been teaching meditation and compassion since 2013. She is certified as a meditation teacher through the Integral Yoga Institute of San Francisco and as an ambassador of compassion through Stanford’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE).
She facilitates workshops and ongoing groups to support well-being in workplaces and community spaces, including in her beloved state parks near her home in Santa Cruz, CA. With a professional background in learning design, she has a lifelong interest in how we develop and grow as individuals and in community.
